How We Delivered on Sustainability

We prioritised sustainable design and delivery by:

  • Installing Thorlux SmartScan LED lighting, a fully interactive system enabling precise energy monitoring, reducing power consumption, and minimising maintenance resources.
  • Designing low-voltage panels with Lovato meters for comprehensive monitoring through the Building Management System (BMS) to identify issues proactively, track power quality, and manage energy consumption.
  • Sourcing resources locally wherever possible to reduce transportation emissions and support the regional economy.
  • Selecting manufacturers committed to sustainability to ensure environmentally responsible choices throughout the project lifecycle.
