One of our new projects we are working with SWG Construction, is to refurbish the Butchers and General markets at Wrexham.
The Butcher’s Market is an indoor market in Wrexham city centre, Wales. It is situated inside a Grade II listed building on Wrexham’s High Street. Built in 1848
We are involved with the whole of the New MEP service throughout The modernisation of these listed buildings will not be to the detriment of their listed status but will provide tangible benefits to traders and visitors. Wrexham Council said renovating and future proofing markets will draw in new audiences and generate increased footfall and help them become a city centre destination in their own right.
The project duration is set for 52 weeks and is a £1 million value project.
