Mechanical Works:
Currently at design stage our works will consist of the refurbishment and upgrading of the toilet areas and infrastructure to main energy sources for a sustainable and efficient building.
A predominant part of the installation is the introduction of heat pump to minimize gas usage. The theatre will then be operated by a web based Building Management Control System, making it far easier for the client to monitor and operate systems when required.
The project will be managed by our Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Warren Ferris who is looking forward to starting works on site early March 2024.
